There's going to be some changes regarding Kelly's backstory in the future, in ways meant to make her more amusing and silly, that I am not going to write at three in the morning. Will you be able to disregard the stuff below entirely? Who knows! :O

Ah yes, I'm back to my original oppai shorty (you in the back shouting "Mimi", shut up), Kelly Navarro. You remember that first outfit I drew her in? Well, that's actually her casual outfit. Nobody understands how lightning bolts and hearts work together but her.

I mention that Kelly is a singer (and now that I've went through a bunch of redesigns, Kelly is ONLY a singer, though you really still don't want to startle her into kicking you, as much like Wolfman, you have nards). Well, Kelly's subgenre in the "Oppai Shorty Musician" trade is peppy, bubblegummy pop music. And despite how Kelly is... kind of an utter and complete idiot, constantly substitutes words, and sounds about as intelligent as a turnip when she speaks, she's actually quite a capable songwriter, writing all of her own songs.

Though she often has to tone them down, because, well... her lyrics tend to be INCREDIBLY raunchy and sexually-charged on the first draft. Hey, Kelly's 29 and has the needs of your average not-yet-middle-aged woman, she only LOOKS half that. That bit of wacky oddness (seriously, if the label says 'explicit content', HEED THE WARNING), and her sunny, always-positive attitude, greeting everyone with a happy smile and possibly a hug, keeps her the most popular of the Oppai Shorty Musicians.

Because why NOT cuteness? I totally don't have ulterior motives for drawing this. That's silly. YOU'RE silly.
