So yeah, for personal amusement, and again it's entirely intentional, this time it's a character design gifted over to for his later use, though I make no promises that I won't use her occasionally to amuse myself as well (come on, there's four Rikako types now and there may be a fifth in the future; that's just ASKING for something silly).

Now, as for what Dr. Matsuyama up there is all about, well, isn't that a question? Luckily it's one that's easy to answer. She's a lively, lovely doctor who's the Light Yagami of lasciviousness, the David Xanatos of XXX, the Terumi Yuuki of ti[CENSORED]king (all with obvious genderflips, of course) - for somehow, everything she does (up to and including eating her hamburger in a VERY specific booth on just the right side of the bench) with her somewhat goofy, playful exterior goes EXACTLY as planned. For you and the three people she's also thinking of that you didn't even know were THERE and two others who aren't even in the same BUILDING.

You know the type, except somehow her plans always involve loading people up with naughty naughty medicine who she can tell just by looking are in need of it. She's a people person with a penchant for pai-pai =3

Oh, and her boobs, despite looking just as fake as all the others, is actually pseudo-natural, the 'pseudo' in this case involving breast growth medications with a particular subset that makes them look and feel just like the not-so-real thing (there's something like this in my story, too! =3).

Watch out, world! Keep a close eye on her or she'll fill it with boobs!
