Look, I'm just saying, even to this day, it's not exactly a common thing to see the good guy dress more provocatively than the bad guy (Though to be fair, in the case between Good Rikako and Evil Rikako, that's not saying a whole lot).

That or Evil Rikako was too busy getting up to evil medical work to remember to put on her shirt this morning. It's a minor thing among evil lady doctor-scientists, since they're so busy and all.

I'd decide against helping her with her wardrobe issues unless you want to stay a while for some horrible irresponsible hentai experiments that'll end when SHE wants them to coffee.
